WHEN: Wednesday and Friday mornings, 9am-11am, beginning Wednesday 7th April.

STRUCTURE: 4x 2 hour sessions (1 hour physical activity, 1 hour healthy education)

LOCATION: Wembley Sports Park and Club Rooms

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS: 8 spaces available

FACILITATOR RATIO: 1/4

PRICE: $350 per participant for full program

ANYTHING ELSE? Wear runners and active clothing. Fresh fruit and snacks provided
