Training Approach
Training programs focus on the fundamental improvement of strength, stability, mobility and movement, utilising exercises that can be progressed or regressed depending on our athlete's current level of capability.
Coaches ensure that we not only focus on physical skills, but also adaptive and cognitive skills to provide the appropriate level of guidance, support and motivation.
Overarching training goal is to help our athletes enjoy an active daily lifestyle.
Support Workers, Pricing and Claiming
Support workers are more than welcome to assist athletes during the sessions if required
$70.09 per hour, rate includes 1:1 Mentor ($67.56) and Capital Centre Cost ($2.53)
Invoiced as core line items: 04_102_0136_6_1, - Group Activities, 04_599_0136_6_1 - Capital Centre Cost
